Refund & Returns Policy

All Milestone Elevation products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your calendar arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@milestoneelevation.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
